Acceptable Use Policy — Bicep Heart AI

Scope and adult-only uploads

This policy applies to every photo, prompt, request, generated video and use of Bicep Heart AI at bicepsheartai.com, including attempts to bypass our safeguards. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18. Only upload a photo of yourself or a consenting adult who has expressly authorized AI processing and your intended use of the result. Every person shown must be at least 18, and you must hold the necessary image rights. No photos of minors, celebrities, politicians or other public figures are allowed, even if the photo is publicly available. Parental permission does not create an exception for minors. Permission to take or possess a photo alone is not permission to animate it with AI.

Seven prohibited-content categories

1. Sexual or NSFW content

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute pornography, explicit sexual acts, adult nudity, sexual exploitation, sexualized edits of real people, clothing-removal requests or fetish content. A non-sexual bicep-heart pose does not permit sexualized requests.

2. Violence or gore

Do not create graphic injury, gore, threats, glorification or encouragement of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or instructions intended to cause physical harm. Do not encourage suicide or self-harm or provide technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.

3. Hate speech

Do not create content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence based on protected characteristics. Targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation and defamatory abuse are also prohibited.

4. Child-unsafe content

Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation and any content endangering children are strictly prohibited, whether real or AI-generated. Do not upload a person under 18, disguise a minor as an adult or use a childhood photo, including your own. We may report apparent illegal material to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Real-person deepfakes prohibited under Waffo’s applicable content rules are not permitted, even with consent. Face swapping, nudification and compositing real people into fabricated intimate scenes are prohibited, whether or not the people involved consent. Do not create unauthorized or deceptive depictions of real people, impersonate an identity, fabricate endorsements or evidence, or attribute fabricated statements or actions to a real person as an authentic recording. Do not generate forged documents, false payment records or fabricated conversations for deception. Scams, fraud, deceptive spam and misinformation are prohibited. Do not imply an affiliation that does not exist.

6. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

Do not create, alter, request, threaten to share or distribute intimate or sexualized material depicting a person without their explicit consent. This includes intimate deepfakes, sexual humiliation, voyeuristic imagery and attempts to remove clothing. A person's consent does not override the other prohibitions in this policy, including the ban on explicit sexual content.

7. Intellectual-property infringement

Do not submit, generate or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights. Use photos, brand assets, source clips and music only when you have the necessary rights. Crediting a creator or finding material on social media does not by itself authorize copying or reuse. We do not supply rights to a platform's trending sound library.

Other prohibited conduct and responsible sharing

Unlawful activities and violations of privacy or publicity rights are prohibited even if not listed above. Do not evade moderation with disguised prompts, compromise the service, scrape other users' content, abuse accounts or credits, or obtain or share another person's private information.

Review outputs before sharing. Clearly disclose that a generated video is AI-generated, preserve any supplied AI label, and do not represent it as authentic footage or an endorsement. Original trend clips shown as examples are not Bicep Heart AI-generated results.

How moderation works

For enabled generation requests, we use automated review and filtering of submitted uploads and prompts. Waffo Prompt Screening screens text prompts before a generation-model request. Only an “allow” verdict permits generation; “review”, “block” or an unavailable check holds or stops the request rather than bypassing the check. Text screening does not by itself verify a photograph, and an accepted prompt does not establish that an upload is permitted. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot prove age, identity, ownership or consent. Successful delivery does not mean a use is lawful or allowed.

We may reject or hold a request, disable or remove prohibited content, and restrict affected access. Reports and appeals can be reviewed using the available records. Do not repeatedly resubmit blocked material or try to bypass a safety check. Credit returns and cash refunds are separate and are governed by the Refund Policy; a moderation decision does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Reports, enforcement and timing

Email support@bicepsheartai.com with the subject “Content safety report”. Include the page or task reference, the relevant category and a short explanation. If your likeness was uploaded without consent, use the subject “Likeness report”; you do not need an account to report it. Do not attach or resend illegal imagery, intimate material or images of minors.

We prioritize urgent child-safety and credible-threat reports. Serious risks or legal requirements may trigger immediate restriction without advance notice. Other reports are investigated against the available evidence; review and response time varies with severity, complexity and the information supplied. We do not promise a fixed response or resolution period. If there is an imminent threat to safety, contact the appropriate emergency authority rather than relying only on this inbox.

Depending on severity and repetition, action may include rejection or holding of a request, removal or disabling of content, a warning, feature limits, suspension pending review, permanent termination for serious or repeated violations, and reporting suspected unlawful conduct where required or appropriate. A temporary restriction may remain while evidence is reviewed; permanent termination is a lasting action. We assess context and applicable law before taking lasting action where practicable.

Appeals and contact

If you believe a restriction was wrong, email support@bicepsheartai.com with the subject “Moderation appeal”, your account email if applicable, the relevant reference and your reason. We review the available evidence and respond after review; no fixed appeal-completion period is promised. Do not send the prohibited material again. Statutory complaint, payment and legal rights remain available.
